OFFICE AND HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, COMPUTERS & LAB. EQUIPMENT, etc

THE INTERNATIONAL LIVESTOCK RESEARCH INSTITUTE (ILRI) would like to dispose of assets in a competitive bidding process for interested staff (with valid ILRI ID and PFN number) and invites to submit price offers for the following materials.

Household furniture, computers, Lab. Equipment, Scraps Items & Stock Items, etc.

Below are the bidding instructions.

  • All items will be sold on an “as-is-where-is” basis.
  • The bidding process will be done “ONLINE” only. (See link below)
  • Please note that you can only bid once.
  • The Link contains the number of items available with different Categories.
  • You shall have to use your CG account to access the online form to bid
  • Those who wish to inspect the items you can visit from Monday through Friday at the ILRI disposal store (K-span) located at the back of the security office & Main Store between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. starting from September 01, 2021, to September 17, 2021.
  • There is a reserve price set, and only the HIGHEST BIDDERS shall be awarded.
  • All bids must be received by or before September 17, 2021, at 4:00PM.
  • No bids will be accepted after the closing date and time.
  • All bids must be accompanied by a BID BOND of 10% of the total value of the items one is bidding for, deposited in the NIB Bank ILRI Account Below & send the copy of the slip to k.assefa
  • Successful Bidders will be notified and required to make the total bid amount paid to the NIB Bank Account as per the below bank details and submit the copy of the deposit slip to the ILRI Supply Chain Office K.assefa by email.

  • ILRI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids, nor is it obligated to accept the highest bid or any other offer and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions thereof.
