As part of the continuous improvement process, The Liaison and Protocol Unit Addis Ababa has developed a ticketing system. The system was designed to increase efficiency and to offer real-time data to those who use our services. From 10 November 2020, all staff will need to raise service requests through OCS and can track their requests all the way to service delivery. You will find the Liaison Service Request User Guide for ease of reference. If you have any questions until the service starts or thereafter, please do not hesitate to ask, we will be happy to assist.
Kindly note once again that the ticketing system will go live on Tuesday, 10 November 2020.
