Over the past four years, the ILRI Ethiopia Administration units have been engaged in a continuous improvement process to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency, and customer responsiveness of all administrative units. This includes People & Organization Development (P&OD), Finance, Supply Chain, Hospitality, ICT, Engineering & Facilities, Liaison & Protocol, and Security. An important part of this process is customer feedback.
This is your chance to give us your frank and honest feedback so that we can incorporate your thoughts as we prioritize systems improvements for 2020 and beyond.
