Tadelle Dessie has been elected as a president of the All African Society of Animal production at the General assembly held during the 7th All African Conference on Animal Agriculture Accra, Ghana between the 28th of July to the 02 of August 2019. Tadelle Dessie, currently a Principal Scientist and the program leader of ACGG, has served as president of the Ethiopian society of animal production and active player in the African livestock agriculture. He led organized the 5th All Africa Conference on Animal Agriculture with theme of “Commercialization of livestock agriculture in Africa: challenges and opportunities” held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia between 25 and 28 October 2010 on his capacity as president of ESAP by then.
