Sales for used duty Free Vehicle _TOYOTA Land Cruiser (Internal)

The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) works to improve food security and reduce poverty in developing countries through research for better and more sustainable use of livestock. ILRI a member of the CGIAR Consortium which works for a food-secure future.

THE INTERNATIONAL LIVESTOCK RESEARCH INSTITUTE (ILRI) on behalf of CIP would like to vehicle in a competitive bidding process for interested staff (centers who disposed their assets through ILRI and with ILRI ID). The USED DUTY-FREE VEHICLE for sale will be available for viewing at ILRI Addis campus in front of ILRI main store. Viewing dates is from May 13-24, 2019 during working hours (Between 9: 00A.M to 4: 00P.M).

Bidders should observe the following in their bidding process:

  1. Bid documents will be available during viewing dates. From May 13- 24 ,2019 at ILRI procurement office -bidders can buy bid documents paying birr100.
  2. Bidders shall only use ILRI bid documents to submit their offers. Bid offers submitted in any other formats will be disqualified.
  3. Bidders may check the physical condition of the vehicle available for display during the viewing dates mentioned above. The sales will be mode “as-is-where-is “basis (as specified in a bid document).
  4. ILRI reserves its right to proceed or cancel this bid in partial or in all.
  5. Government taxes, dues and title transfer feels (if any). On items for sale will be covered by buyers, if any.
  6. Bidders should write on the sealed offer envelope. Their full address including their land and cell phone number.
  7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 10% of the total value of the items one is bidding for in the form of CPO. The CPO should be prepared using this name.

Bid document should be submitted at the ILRI main store during working hours from May 13-24, 2019 (Between 9: 00A.M to 4: 00P.M). Payment should be made immediately by the winner of the bid after the notification of the result.
