SUBJECT: Dubai Station check-in closure time change

Due to Dubai Airport Runway Maintenance and Closure (from Apr 15, 2019 to May 31, 2019), there will be a major change on the ground time of the flights at DXB to 1:10 hr instead of 1:30 hr.

Therefore, all flights check-in will be closed 1h:30m before departure to compensate this time. Please note that DXB station normally opens check-in counters 4 hours before departure, so that those passengers who come early to Airport can check-in as they arrive to the airport.

To this end, it has become necessary to advise all passengers booked on DXB-ADD sector during the above mentioned period that check-in will be closed 1h:30m before departure.

All travel agencies are requested to advise passengers of this change during booking and ticketing time.
