Dear Colleagues,

Please be informed that Engineering staff shall be holding their monthly meeting Tomorrow Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 10.30am to 12.30pm. We shall not be available to handle maintenance jobs during that time.

Send any critical maintenance requirements for our attention early enough for our action.

For movement requests, we kindly urge staff to be sending them early enough (48 hours) which will help us do proper planning.

We regret any inconveniences this may cause.
