Dear colleagues,

I would like to welcome Tsion Issayas to CKM as the new Publishing services manager.

Tsion has worked in the field of communications for the past 15 years for various international and national organizations. Prior to joining ILRI, Tsion worked at Management Sciences for Health (MSH) as the country communication manager in charge of producing content, overseeing branding and managing the visibility for the organization.

Tsion also worked at the British Council in Addis Ababa managing communication and marketing activities and events, as well as coordinating the production and publishing of content for the website, social media, newsletters, magazines and other electronic and print media. She started her career at Addis Ababa University where she taught English literature and journalism courses. She has a BA in English literature and a MA in journalism and communication.
