It will be recalled that, ICT Services conducts scheduled legacy Customer Satisfaction Survey on an yearly basis. This time, we have introduced a short, dynamic and live survey that is targeted to get your feedback for one incident per month from the incidents that you logged in to get ICT support.
Accordingly, you will receive an email like the one below that is generated automatically and sent to you after the assigned ICT technician assists and resolves the incident that is picked for survey.
