Dear Trade Partner,
In the interest of Emirates operation, we have been accepting visa requests as per and on behalf of the UAE immigration office. Due to the peak travel season we are experiencing currently, we would like to advise you the below requirements while sending new visa requests and visa printouts.
- Please send the scanned copies of fully completed, signed & stamped application form. Passenger’s passport scanned in one page with 1 colour picture together with birth or marriage certificate (if applicable). To be readable from our end, all attachments should be in .jpg format only. - Visa documents received without the accompanying e-ticket number and visa payment (EMD) will not be considered for application.
- Kindly attach all required documents and label the subject line with your request. Below are the recommended subject lines to be used depending on your intention:
– Subject for a new visa order: ***NEW VISA ISSUANCE FOR MR/MS XXXX XXXX****
– Subject for a visa print order: ***VISA PRINT FOR EP1234567/EG7654321****
- Avoid sending multiple emails for the same person. Sending emails repeatedly for the same passenger could result in multiple application & visa denial.
- Your are REQUIRED to send all the above documents AT LEAST 4 WORKING DAYS BEFORE date of flight departure (such as every Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays).
Note:
- All visa approval is subject to the U.A.E immigration authority in Dubai. Emirates Addis Ababa is a facilitating office only and will not take any responsibility in case of delayed approval or visa rejection.
- Visa fee is non-refundable after your application is received.
