To further continue improving our service to you, the ICT unit is in the process of implementing an Endpoint Management solution (Kaseya). This will help facilitate and further improve the efficiency of the execution of regular activities that we carry out as we deliver and manage the various ICT services available to you.

As part of the implementation, we are in the process of deploying an agent that will run on your computer at all times. The deployment is silent except for an agent icon you will note on your task bar or menu bar. No action is required of you, except to leave it to run.
