ILRI-Kenya will be closed on Monday, 12th December 2016 to commemorate Jamhuri Day (Independence Day). The holiday formally marks the date of Kenya’s admittance into the Commonwealth as a republic in 1964.

However, we shall wait for the government of Kenya’s advise regarding two holidays being observed on the same day i.e. 25th and 26th December 2016.
