This is to inform you that we have finalized the 2016 asset disposal sales bid evaluation.  Please find the bid evaluation result for category I and II below. In order to ensure fair distribution of items trough sales the committee has put a restriction on the number of items taken by a staff member. Accordingly, a staff member can only won one piece of laptop computer, desktop computer, refrigerator and bed. The extra piece of these items will be given to the second highest bidder but if the second highest bidder failed to accept the chance by not offering the highest bidder price, the item will remain under the initial winner. Attached please find a list that shows items passed to second highest bidder following the mechanism set to ensure reasonable distribution.

Any compliant in terms of process or approaches can be forwarded to the disposal committee in reply to this email.

Please be informed that all items shall be collected before November 30, 2016 after making the necessary payment. We will not guarantee to sale any items for any bidder who comes after the deadline.
