Please find below basic information on the IPM in Nairobi next week.

1. All participants who registered should plan to attend all IPM meeting sessions that take place in the IPM tent located on the football pitch opposite the hostels.
2. The IPM starts at 1330 on Tuesday and ends at 1400 on Friday.
3. People who have not registered will not be able to join the face to face sessions.
4. All campus staff are invited to attend a Karaoke evening on Thursday night (6 Oct, with cash bar).
5. The heart of the IPM is a set of sessions organized around ILRI’s seven programs (as from January 2017). These sessions will set out the science strategies and priorities of each program and provide opportunities to give inputs and feedback. There will also be a session on ILRI’s regions, similarly setting out priorities and opportunities.

For people who are unable to attend in person, plenary sessions will be live streamed – more information to follow. As in previous years, we will also produce a daily IPM ‘newspaper’ (available digitally and in print) and document the various sessions, including with photographs and video.
