The medical surveillance will be conducted as of August 22 – 26, 2016.

Please see below some additional information:

1. Venue is changed to B Block Suite rooms 60 & 62 (there will be signage at the  Zebu club to guide you to the places)
2. Reception is at Suite room 62 and then you will be guided as per the number of staff waiting in each room
3. You are kindly advised to stick to your schedule, however should you wish to switch your surveillance date,  please check at the reception
