To promote consistency across ILRI, management has produced updated word templates to be used for all letters and correspondence. The standard ILRI powerpoint template has also been updated.

ICT services have auto-installed these files on all ILRI staff computers in Nairobi and Addis Ababa. We will send the files to country and regional offices for local use. For Nairobi and Addis users, see below information on how to use the new word and powerpoint templates.

What are the changes?

1 – a new ‘global’ address block to be used on all contracts and correspondence (see below).  This shows our two global campus addresses in Nairobi and Ethiopia and reflects the fact that ILRI is uniquely co-hosted by two Governments. It also mentions that ILRI”s patron is Prof. P. Docherty.  Letters should be printed on plain white or cream paper.  Never on pre-printed paper.

2 – for regional and country offices, the same address block as well as a local address top right side of the page. We have also introduced new email addresses for all country and regional offices:

4 – an updated create commons license on the powerpoint template (which is also on all publications etc).
