THE INTERNATIONAL LIVESTOCK RESEARCH INSTITUTE (ILRI) would like to dispose different scraps in a competitive bidding process for everyone  and invites to submit price offers for the following materials on “as is where is” basis:

1. The items can be inspected from Monday through Friday at ILRI disposal store located in the old animal barn store area (at the back of the security office at the gate) between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in the morning starting from April 22, 2016 to May 06, 2016 For further information please contact ILRI-Stores. Extension No. 2340/2342
2. Bid documents relating to the above indicated items for sale can be obtained from Stores during the working hours against cash payment of Birr 50.00
3. Bid-offers must be submitted on or before May 06, 2016 during working days from the first date of this advertisement. The interested bidders will present their offer in a sealed envelope.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a BID BOND of 10% in the form of CPO for amount above 1000.00 Birr.
5. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid-amount within Ten (10) calendar days after notification by Stores and remove the goods from the ILRI compound within  (5) days after payment.
6. ILRI reserves the right to reject any or all-bids.
