CIMMYT-Ethiopia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tadele Asfaw as Program Management Officer for CIMMYT-Ethiopia, based in Addis Ababa, effective November 19th 2015.

Tadele has multi-qualifications and have credentials on Certified International Project Management in American Academy of Project Management and holds MBA Degree fromInternational Institute of Church Management University. He also holds a Diploma and a BSc Degree from Haramaya and Bahir Dar Universities in Accounting, respectively.

He has worked for International, National and Governmental organizations, like SNV-ETHIOPIA as Sr. Finance and Administration Officer, SOS SAHEL-ETHIOPIA as Finance and Administration Officer and in Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation as Accounts Head, which gave him a well-diversified knowledge and experience related to Finance and Administration under the different settings. He has about fifteen years of working experience in the various organizations, well equipped with the requirements of Government, Profit Organizations and Donors. He has vast experience in designing financial and operational manuals for the organizations he was employed. While working for the international organizations, to managing and supporting various departments such as Finance, Operations/ Administration, HR, Procurement, IT and logistics, Tadele proved to be highly experienced, an adaptable, enthusiastic, person working in any environment and in multi-cultural setting.

Tadele is married to Enathager Zelalem and has 2 children Abenezer Tadele and Debora Tadele.
