ICT unit has planned to reconfigure the Alcatel telephone network and apparatuses in the offices, residence and hostels over next week 26th – 30th Oct, 2015 as per the attached schedule.
ICT unit staffs will visit you and reconfigure the apparatus you are using. Please provide them access and the usual cooperation.
The unit expects minimal interruption of your telephone connection since the reconfiguration will take few minutes. Please contact ICT service desk on extension 2500 if you are not available, have prior arrangement, or you have any inquiry.(please see the attached).
