This is to inform you that Stores Unit will be temporarily closed for third quarter stock-take exercise from 14th – 16th September 2015. You are therefore requested to send in your Material Issue Note (MIN) requests by Wednesday, 9th September 2015, latest. Normal operations will resume on Thursday, 17th September 2015. Kindly plan for sufficient requirements so as to avoid disruptions during the stock-take period.
