ILRI Ethiopia Administration aims to contribute to reducing poverty, hunger and environmental degradation by ensuring value for money through efficient, effective and customer-friendly administrative services.

To continually maximize donor funds, we need to know about your experience. When you take the time to fill out this survey, it gives us information we need to know how we are doing, and to identify priority areas for improvement. It also gives you a chance to recognize the staff in areas that they are doing well.

• The first section includes some basic questions about yourself.
• The second section allows you to score your overall experience with ILRI administration.
• The final section allow us to understand in more depth about your experiences with each administrative unit.
• We ask you to please take the time to answer the survey completely to the end, and to provide specific feedback about what we are doing well, and what we need to improve in the comment boxes.
• If you have something positive to say about a particular admin staff member, please mention it so that we can forward on your encouraging words!
