Please be informed that construction for the renovation of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation office is going to be started by this week. There will be construction noise (mainly hammering and drilling) in Building until demolition finished and during construction,  there will be less construction noise.

The construction period is programed for 6 month, there will be no impact on the access route for the roads.
