You may now renew your Driver’s licence from the comfort of your home, office, or Cybercafé and pay using mobile money, Debit cards, Credit cards or Mobile banking.

Public notice online renewal of driving licence

This is to notify the Public that you can now renew your Driving License online..

STEP 1

Go to the NTSA website:

Then click on Services, on the drop list click NTSA E-citizen Online Payment portal or on the left pane online services click e-citizen.

Sign up to register then sign in. If you have registered sign in

STEP 2

Choose driving license renewal. Enter your Ref No which is found after the C of C, the numbers in bracket (XXX123), then choose renewal period (1 Year OR 3 Years).

Step 3

Confirm details and proceed to pay using available payment options.

Step 4

Once payment has been confirmed, the applicant has the option to print the permit (renewal slip)cut and stick on to Driving License booklet, otherwise the renewal slip is available electronically in the their e-citizen account.
