Introducing Lilian Masigah – ICT administrative assistant in Kenya

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to introduce to you Lilian Masigah who has recently joined us as an ICT administrative assistant. She will be responsible for all ICT administrative duties e.g managing charge backs, processing purchase requests, payments, managing relations with our providers amongst others. NB: In a bid to continue improving the delivery of ICT services, these administrative duties have been moved from the ICT helpdesk technician’s role currently being held by Diana Ndunge.

Lilian holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Maseno University, certifications in customer service, public relations, computer studies as well as other certifications that will aid in the professional delivery of services in her new role. She was previously an administrator with Jitegemee trust and has over 7 years’ experience in administration.
