The webex connection for the above seminar is as below:

To join a listed meeting from an invitation email message:

1. Open your email invitation, and then click on the link.

2. Click Join WebEx meeting link

3 . When joining a meeting On the Meeting Information page, you may need to enter some details:

1:Your name
: Enter the name you want attendees to use to identify you during the meeting.

2:Email address

: Enter your email address, in this format: name@your_company. For example, msmith.

4:Meeting password

: Enter the meeting password. The meeting host may have included the password in the email invitation or, for security reasons, provided it to you in another way. If the meeting does not require a password, the text box does not appear on this page.

5:The Meeting window you are connected to appears.

Please remember:

1. Meeting Participants are advised to connect at least 30mins before the actual meeting to ensure optimum audio and video quality of the connection.
2. When not presenting/talking, it’s best to mute your connection, as this will reduce background noise and unnecessary audio feedback.
3. Please choose a location to connect to the meeting from that has a good Internet or phone connection, depending on how you choose to connect to the meeting.
4. Avoid using speakerphone functions on mobile devices. Not all phones have built in echo cancellation and this can result in a poor audio experience for all participants.

Also note the change in the meeting room.
