We recently re-carpeted our ILRI Nairobi campus roads and currently have a good and new road network. It is our joint responsibility to take care of this vital asset. We have noted that some vehicles are leaking fuel onto the parking areas, especially Mara House parking. Fuel on tarmac is one of the agents that cause the tarmac surface to quickly deteriorate. Please check and ensure that the vehicle parked at our spaces are not leaking fuel. The pictures below show some of the affected parking slots.
