This is to inform you that stores unit will be closed for end year inventory taking from December 26 up to December 31, 2014. During this periods no material will be issued from stores. Therefore, you are kindly requested to send material issue note before Dec 26,2014. You are also accordingly advised to plan for sufficient requirements from Stores to avoid disruptions during the stock-take period.
