Please be informed that both services from EthioTelecom have degraded over the past few days. Telephone service is not working at all as of this morning while internet service is at a very low capacity since Friday.

We have communicated with EthioTelecom for a solution in the shortest time possible, but please accord as your usual cooperation by avoiding bandwidth intensive sites and services.
