ILRI Ethiopia campus internet improvement

We would like to inform you that we have managed to get EthioTelecom to address the root cause of the very slow internet service we have been experiencing, after few months of back and forth with them. We hope this resolution will work for long period of time and help improve service in the campus. We have been monitoring the situation for about 24 hours and we have noticed a tremendous improvement, may it keep working like this.

We will be discussing more with EthioTelecom on how to ensure future problems get be addressed in the shortest time possible.
