In February, Jimmy asked staff to complete a survey with ideas and insights on ways to improve ILRI’s visibility and profile in different parts of the world.
Surveys were sent to ILRI staff as well as external people and partners. The aim was to better understand how staff and partners perceive ILRI. Responses were received from 159 people outside ILRI and 99 staff members. The attached note summarizes the responses and reports selected comments.
We will take this feedback into our communications and knowledge management planning and priority-setting and see how best we can build on the insights to reinforce in our regional work.
