Hemen Lema has been appointed as Accountant in the international Potato Centre (CIP) Ethiopia effective 1 November 2013.  Hemen holds BA degree and Diploma in Accounting from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. She was working as an Accountant in CIP on temporary basis.

Yilikal Assefa has been appointed as Research Assistant II – Laboratory in Feed and Forages Bioscience Program effective 5 November 2013.  Yilikal holds BSc in Laboratory Science from Addis Ababa University and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Alemaya University, Ethiopia. Before joining ILRI, he was working as Assistant Researcher in Armauer Hansen Research Institute (AHRI), Ethiopia.

Tigist Abrham has been appointed as Administrative Assistant in the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) Ethiopia effective 8 November 2013.  Tigist holds Diploma in Information Technology from Admas University College, EtKassahun Aberahiopia. She was working as Administrative Assistant in ICRISAT on temporary basic.

Kassahun Abera has been appointed as Research Officer I in the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) on November 11, 2013. Kassahun holds MSC degree in Economics and BA degree in Statistics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.  Before joining IFPRI he worked as Research Fellow at Ethiopian Economic Policy Research Institute.

Adiskidan Abera has been appointed as Civil and Grounds Maintenance Work Supervisor in Engineering and Facilities Management unit within Corporate Services in ILRI on November 13, 2013. Adiskidan holds BSC degree in Civil Engineering from Jimma University, Ethiopia.  Before joining ILRI he worked as Infrastructure Resident Engineer at Assosa University Project under MH EnginMeaza Wodajeeering PLC, Ethiopia.

Meaza Wodaje has been appointed as Accountant in the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) effective 18th November 2013.  Meaza holds BA degree in Accounting from Adama University and Diploma in Accounting from Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, Ethiopia.  Before joining ICRISAT she worked as Accountant in American Medical Centre.

Zewdie Adane has been appointed as Research Assistant IV in Livestock and Irrigation Zewdie AdaneValue-Chains for Ethiopian Smallholders (LIVES) Project at Oromia region effective 18 November 2013.  Zewdie holds MSc degree in Rural Development from Erasmus Mundus International, Germany, MSc degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University and BA degree in Economics from Debub University, Ethiopia. Before joining ILRI he worked as Research Fellow in the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), Nairobi, Kenya.

Amare Girmay has been appointed as Administrative Assistant in Livestock and Irrigation Value-Chains for Ethiopian Smallholders (LIVES) Project at Tigray region effective 18th November 2013.  Amare holds BA degree in Economics from Sheba University College in Mekelle, Ethiopia and Diploma in Accounting from New Millenium College in Mekelle, Ethiopia. Before joining ILRI he worked as Supervisor of Survey Enumerators in the Targeting the Ultra Poor: Ethiopia with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA).

Fikerte Mulatu has been appointed as a Research Assistant II – Laboratory in Feed and Forages Bioscience Program effective 19 November 2013.  Fikerte holds BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology and Diploma in Medical Laboratory from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.  Before joining ILRI, she was working as Laboratory Coordinator in Armauer Hansen Research Institute (AHRI), Ethiopia.

Beletshachew Sebsibe has been appointed as Administrative Assistant in Livestock and Irrigation Value-Chains for Ethiopian Smallholders (LIVES) Project at Bahir Dar effective 20 November 2013.  Beletshachew holds BA degree in Management and Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management from Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. Before joining ILRI she worked as Assistant Admin and Finance Officer at Save the Children International at Sekota office, Ethiopia.
